Rainbow Six Siege X release new Siege Cup bundle for Blackbeard

It's not all bad news for Blackbeard mains in Operation High Stakes!

Siege Cup Blackbeard

Operation High Stakes has stolen the show in the Rainbow Six Siege X as Year 10 Season 3 has introduced a new defender called Denari, a new shotgun, crucial operator balancing changes, new modernized maps, and many more features. While it may not be what players wanted (new maps and more brand-new content) it certainly makes the game feel fresher. However, game play isn't the only aspect that has been tweaked in Rainbow Six Siege X with the launch of Operation High Stakes, as the Siege Cup suffered some tweaks.

Although Ranked is the game's most popular competitive game mode, the Siege Cup is technically a step above, as players can only take part in the competition if they are joined by four teammates. Depending on the result, players are rewarded with Competitive Coins, which they can use to claim Competitive Packs.

Before Operation High Stakes, the Siege Cup would be played every fortnight. However, with the release of Operation High Stakes, Ubisoft decided to transform the Siege Cup into a weekly tournament played every weekend. This means players will be able to complete the Siege Cup challenges quickly and gather more Competitive Coins easily.

Until recently, the operators featured in the Competitive Packs, also known as Siege Cup Packs, were Kaid, Ela, Zofia, Kali, and Ace. Now, with the release of Operation High Stakes, Ubisoft released another operator: Blackbeard.

While Operation High Stakes hasn't been a good one for Blackbeard mains, as the American operator has suffered five nerfs, the addition of a Blackbeard Siege Cup bundle makes the attacker a bit more special. So, here's everything you need to know about Blackbeard's Siege Cup collection:

Blackbeard Siege Cup Bundle

The Blackbeard Siege Cup Bundle was introduced to Rainbow Six Siege X in September 2, 2025, with Operation High Stakes. The bundle includes the following items:

  • Hardskull Handiwork headgear
  • Tolerance of Steel uniform
  • Booming Laughter weapon skin for the MK17 CQB
  • Booming Laughter weapon skin for the SR-25
  • Rugged Buggy universal drone skin
  • Tolerance of Steel operator card portrait for Blackbeard
  • Siege Cup Blackbeard '25 universal operator card background
  • Ruthless Keepsake universal weapon charm

Here's a look at all of Blackbeard's Siege Cup cosmetics:

Hardskull Handiwork headgear

Hardskull Handiwork

The Hardskull Handiwork headgear for Blackbeard costs 50,000 Competitive Points. If you're lucky enough, you can claim it for only 5,000 by unlocking it through a Competitive Pack; however, the chances for that to happen are quite low.

While this isn't the best Blackbeard headgear out there, its futuristic, cyberpunk looks make it a cool item to have. If you want it, you know what to do!

Tolerance of Steel uniform

It's fair to say Blackbeard has better uniforms. Nevertheless, this one is, again, pretty unique. To unlock it, you will need 25,000 Competitive Points, which already makes this uniform a one that's hard to collect.

Booming Lauter weapon skin for MK17 CQB

Booming Lauter Blackbeard

One of the Blackbeard nerfs introduced in Opearation High Stakes was a reduction in the number of bullets per magazine in Blackbeard's MK17 CQB. With 21 bullets per magazine, some players are already changing to the SR-25. Still, having a Siege Cup weapon skin for the MK17 CQB is great!

Of course, the SR-25 couldn't be an exception. Players will also be able to equip the Booming Lauter weapon skin in Blackbeard's SR-25. This is great news because Striker and Flores also have access to this weapon, meaning you can use it while playing them too!

Rugged Buggy drone skin

Rugged Buggy Blackbeard

The Rugged Buggy drone skin is universal, which means all operators can equip it to their drones. It has some blue shades and Blackbeard's skull right in the middle, so you can tell it's his!

Tolerance of Steel operator card portrait

Tolerance of Steel Blackbeard operator card portrait

This is likely the best item in Blackbeard's Siege Cup collection. His portrait makes him look really cool, and, surprisingly enough, it shows him holding two weapons instead of one and his shield. We don't think this means anything, don't expect him to be able to equip his MK17 CQB and SR-25 simultanuously in the future!

Ubisoft didn't innovate here. Blackbeard's Siege Cup operator card background looks just like the others: it combines some dark colors with some red and feature Blackbeard's operator badge right in the middle.

Ruthless Keepsake universal weapon charm

Last but not least, Blackbeard's Siege Cup collection also includes the Ruthless Keepsake universal weapon charm. It basically is Blackbeard's skull with two angel wings. Cool, but nothing special.
