On July 10, Ubisoft unveiled the return of MUTE Protocol to Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege, a time-limited game mode where players must climb the ranks to unlock the ultimate weapon: the golden sledgehammer.
Although the game mode was welcomed with open arms by the community, many players complained about some of the bundles included in the event as, for the first time, Ubisoft added recolored bundles to the store. This is probably because of the existence of the Marketplace, a feature that could be used by players to sell individual items from previous MUTE Protocol collections, which could then be used to get the Memento Weapon skin.
Regardless of that, not all were bad news. Unexpectedly, Ubisoft added a Kapkan Bundle that players can get for free through Twitch drops. Here’s more information on how to get MUTE Protocol’s Kapkan bundle!
How to get MUTE Protocol’s Kapkan Bundle?
To get your hands on MUTE Protocol’s Kapkan bundle you will have to spend some time watching any of the selected Twitch streams.
As explained by Tobias "BikiniBodhi" André on his X account (formerly known as Twitter) players will be able to obtain Kapkan's weapon skin from July 10 to July 16, Kapkan's headgear from July 17 to July 23, and Kapkan's uniform from July 24 to July 31.
Therefore, until July 17, players will be able to get Kapkan's MUTE Protocol skin. To get it, players will have to watch two hours of one of the streams included on the list.
To be eligible to obtain MUTE Protocol's Kapkan bundle, you will first have to link your Ubisoft account to your Twitch account.

Follow the next steps to link your Ubisoft account to your Twitch account:
- Verify the email address that you used to create your Twitch account.
- Go to Ubisoft's drops website.
- Then, Log into your Twitch account.
- Once you've done that, log into the Ubisoft account you want to receive your drops.
After following these steps, you will have access to the MUTE Protocol and any other drop organised by Ubisoft. These also include esports drops and drops included in future time-limited game modes.
