Bungie wants fans tuning in to their upcoming The Final Shape showcase on April 9, which is why they're giving out an exclusive free emblem as a Twitch Drop.
Before the major expansion that will put an end to the Light and Darkness saga that started back with the launch of the original Destiny in 2014, Into the Light will debut on April 9, the same day Bungie will give players a taste of what awaits them in the immediate future.
Over the past few weeks, the developers have focused their efforts on showing everything there is to know about this free update, including a new social space called the Hall of Champions, the free activity that players will grind, Onslaught, and all the weapons making a comeback.
Now that all three Into the Light streams are behind us, the next showcase will feature gameplay for The Final Shape. If that's not good enough for you, we'll show you how to get your hands on the emblem Bungie will be handing out for free.
How to get Destiny 2 The Finale Shape Twitch Drops
There will be one emblems up for grabs if players tune in to The Final Shape Destiny 2 showcase. To get it, you must watch at least 15 minutes of the stream via Twitch.
How to link Bungie and Twitch accounts
- Login to Bungie.net
- Navigate to Your Bungie.net settings
- Click on Link Your Bungie.net Account to Twitch
- Authorize Link
Remember that once you complete the viewing time required, you need to collect your reward on Twitch before they show up in Destiny 2.
Once you do this, it will automatically be deposited in Destiny 2 to your Collections.
