Original article

South Korea's second Six Invitational 2025 open qualifier has been canceled due to a lack of teams in the bracket.

After the registration window closed today, December 13, at 9:30 AM UTC, only one team called Bennett Gaming Academy had successfully registered to compete.

The roster included multiple Tier 2 players from the South Korean scene, with the Before & After player Sung "Roland" Min-jae being the only member in the lineup with top-flight experience.

While no official statement has been released yet, the cancellation of the Six Invitational 2025 South Korea second open qualifier likely means the country's Six Invitational 2025 Closed Qualifier will only have four rosters, including Dplus, FearX, Ex-Mir, and Orgless-kr.

If that were the case, the length of the Six Invitational 2025 South Korea Closed Qualifier would likely considerably be reduced from 14 matches to just five, as the Upper Bracket Quarterfinals, the Lower Bracket Round 1, the Lower Bracket Quarterfinals, and the Lower Bracket Semifinal would vanish.
