With 13 marksman rifles to choose from, it's not hard to find the best one to use before the mid-season update drops as it's vastly superior to the majority of assault rifles in the arsenal. With that said, our Warzone marksman rifle tier list ranks each one from best to worst.

S tier

• Kar98k

Despite falling victim to the latest wave of buffs and nerfs, the Kar98k is still the strongest marksman rifle to use. Although its damage range isn't as good as it once was, it remains a force to be reckoned with in mid-range and long-distance duels.

A tier

• Lockwood MK2
• KVD Enforcer
• DM56
• MCW 6.8

These four marksman rifles fall short of the Kar98k's excellent in-game performance. For those wanting an alternative, the Lockwood MK2 is a viable option for mid-range combat. Paired with an SMG and players can build a versatile loadout perfect for all scenarios.

B tier

• MTZ Interceptor
• Tempus Torrent 
• SP-R 208
• EBR-14

Earlier in the cycle, some of these rifles may have been considered meta but with regular buffs and nerfs from Raven Software, they've fallen down the order. In some cases, the likes of the MTZ Interceptor and the Tempus Torrent have their uses but there are better options available.

C tier

• TAQ-M
• Crossbow
• LM-S
• SA-B 50

At one point during Season 4, the Crossbow had a brief moment as one of the strongest weapons in all of Warzone before being hit with a major nerf. Now, it sits in the bottom along three other marksman rifles that aren't worth using unless they receive a huge buff in a future update. 

For now, stay away from these as any weapons in any of the other tiers are far superior.
