Overwatch 2 is now two years old and looks like Blizzard is planning to bring the game, or at least an adaptation of it, to mobile users.

Jason Schreier, a well-known gaming reporter, recently published his book Play Nice: The Rise, Fall, and Future Of Blizzard Entertainment, where he mentions a few rumors about the developer's plan.

Blizzard has reportedly given the green light to several new projects, with a mobile version of Overwatch 2 being one of them. Walter Kong, the general manager of OW2, has been appointed as the director of this new version.

Since it's early days, it is unclear if this new version will be similar in content to the console and PC versions or if it will take another route. We also don't know if the game will have any sort of crossplay for unranked matches.

The game reached 100 million players not long ago, and now users are awaiting the arrival of Season 13, which will be titled Spellbinder and feature a theme of magic and witches.

For anyone trying to rank up in these last days of the season, we recommend you give our heroes tier list a look to see which characters are currently dominating the meta.
