Although the season just started a few days ago by the time of writing, we already have some info on when does Valorant Episode 8 Act 1 end. Considering that the second act will have some exciting additions to the game, it's completely normal if you start wondering about its release date this early.
When does Valorant Episode 8 Act 1 end?
According to the countdown appearing in the battle pass section of the game, the current season will end on Tuesday, March 5. The next season will begin that same day and its start time will depend on the servers/region you play on.
Before the start of the new season, servers will go down for maintenance so that developers can get everything set up. The downtime period should begin at 6:00 PT for North American, LATAM, and Brazil servers. Downtime usually lasts from 3 to 4 hours, so the new season might begin at 10:00 PT.
On the other hand, European servers will go down on March 6 at 4:00 GMT, with the new season potentially beginning at 8:00 GMT on that same day.

One of the highlights of the video is when Omen utilizes the newest weapon of the game, the Outlaw. This is essentially a double-cannon sniper rifle that was introduced in Act 1 and the first post-launch weapon of the game.
