Call of Duty has often utilized its battle royale to announce a new title but Urzikstan seems quiet as attention turns towards the launch of Black Ops 6 and the start of Season 5. Treyarch's title will integrate into Warzone after release and many are hoping for an in-game spectacle to keep the hype rolling.
Here's everything there is to know about the Warzone Black Ops 6 event and when it's likely to take place.
Warzone Black Ops 6 event date
So far, there's no date for a Black Ops 6 reveal in Warzone. However, themed rewards have started appearing in-game much to the curiosity of players. Unfortunately, they're linked to pre-ordering the game meaning the wait for an in-game event continues.
If Activision does decide to host an in-game Warzone event to mark the switch to Black Ops 6, we'll update the guide with the latest information as soon as it appears.
How to play Warzone Black Ops 6 event
When the event goes live, it will appear as a separate playlist like other in-game reveal events. The exact way to play hasn't appeared yet but this format follows the event that unveiled Modern Warfare 3 in 2023.
While the playlist is active, players can play through the event as many times as they please, collecting all kinds of limited-time rewards along the way.
Warzone Black Ops 6 event mission
According to notable leaker 'SemtexLeaks,' the Warzone Black Ops 6 event mission will involve players taking part in a mission provided by Black Ops icon Frank Woods. The leak claims players will infiltrate Bunker 7 in order to track down a mole before a new Black Ops 6 cutscene plays and players exfil to safety.

Despite the lack of official confirmation, four free rewards have already appeared in Warzone. Scroll to the Warzone Rewards page and head to the Event tab. Here' the Sally pistols will appear alongside a couple of themed calling cards and a new finishing move.
