Spacestation Gaming have unveiled David "iconic" Ifidon as the team's newest addition to the squad. The former Astralis and M80 player is joining the astronauts after parting ways with the green organization following a group stage exit at the Six Invitational 2024.
The decision has been announced eight days after Matthew "Hotancold" Stevens' departure from Spacestation Gaming. The arrival of Iconic to Spacestation Gaming means that the astronauts now have four of the five former Astralis players that reached the Six Invitational 2023 Top 6.
Additionally, Spacestation Gaming have announced Alonso "ALO" Díez as the team's new Strategic Coach. Under Geekay Esports, the former Spanish coach reached the BLAST R6 Major Atlanta Top 8.
