On December 8, Valorant's official X account unveiled a teaser displaying the game's Agent 27.
Almost a month after Riot's first teaser for the character, the developer surprised the fans with a one-second video with the word CUATRO, which is the Spanish word for FOUR.
In the one-second video, we can see Chamber and Jett running through a corridor that leads to what looks like an inner yard. While the video doesn't seem to include much, pay attention to it: there's more than what you may think.
Some fans have noticed a creature running right in front of Chamber and Jett. This will probably be one of the new agent's abilities. However, the video doesn't show what this creature does. We have taken a screenshot for you to see it, check it out below!
With only a one-second video, it's difficult to say what Agent 27 can do. Some fans think this ability can be used to clear certain parts of a map, more or less like Gekko's Wingman or Skye's Trailblazer.
While the agent's abilities haven't been confirmed, some of Valorant's most popular leakers have already revealed the character will be an Initiator from Colombia. As of now, Valorant's pool of Initiators includes Sova, Breach, Skye, KAY/O, Fade, and Gekko.
Moreover, if that wasn't enough, the video takes place in an unrecognizable place. Therefore, some fans are now theorizing about the possibility of Riot Games releasing a new map to Valorant alongside Agent 27 or in the following acts.
We expect Valorant's new agent to be released during Episode 10 Act 1, which will come on January 7 or January 8, depending on your location.
