According to a post from his Twitter account, Rob "Flynn" Flynn is leaving Mirage after two and a half years as both a player and a team manager.

After a stint in casting that ended after he blew the whistle on ESL for forcing teams and casters to lie to immigration officials, Flynn was one of Mirage's first signings for the newly-minted Canadian League. He played with the team all the way up until the SI 2021 qualifier, and was a second-place finisher in the first and only CAD Finals.

As the team's manager in the NAL era, he helped guide Mirage to a third-place finish in the first stage of the 2021 season, which would've earned them a Major spot has SI 2021 not been postponed until May. Mirage slipped during Stage 2, finishing seventh, but was a mere two points away from qualifying for the Sweden Major during Stage 3.
