Destiny 2 Crimil's Dagger God Roll & How to Get It

A returning hand cannon for PvP players is ready for the taking

Crimil's Dagger hand cannon Destiny 2

With Iron Banner returning to Destiny 2 for the first time since the release of The Final Shape, players are looking to get their hands on some extra gear, including the Crimil's Dagger hand cannon.

The Crimil's Dagger, like many other reprised weapons that have made its way back to Destiny 2, was long absent, last seen during Season 5. Naturally, it comes with an updated perk pool and Origin Trait to compensate.

In this guide, we'll tell you how you can get your hands on this returning hand cannon, and most importantly, the Crimil's Dagger god roll for both PvE and PvP.

Before we begin, we have more God Roll guides for you to check out, including the Shadow Price auto rifle, Patron of Lost Causes scout rifle, and the Scintillation linear fusion rifle.

How to Get Crimil's Dagger in Destiny 2

To get your hands on a reprised version of Crimil's Dagger, you need to play Iron Banner and either reach rank 7 or receive it as a random drop from matches. The latest Iron Banner event kicked off on Tuesday, July 2, and will be around until Tuesday, July 16.

This means there are, in fact, two ways to get Crimil's Dagger. Firstly, you are guaranteed to get one drop of the weapon by reaching rank 7 with Lord Saladin. However, it can also be a random drop after completing Iron Banner matches. Regardless, once you get your first you can use Saladin's focused decoding to get more rolls at the cost of one Iron Engram and 20k Glimmer.

Crimil's Dagger is obviously tailored for PvP players and its perk is a reflection of that. First off, the two Origin Traits that come with the hand cannon are:

  • Hakke Breach Armaments: This weapon deals increased damage against vehicles and constructs. Constructs include barricades, turrets, Stasis crystals, and other objects created in the field
