Following the Direct, all eyes are on Black Ops 6 as players start pre-ordering the game to access a wealth of benefits once the campaign, multiplayer, and zombies goes live. One of the bonuses on offer is to obtain an iconic Black Ops character and use them for the rest of Modern Warfare 3 and the current Warzone chapter.
With that said, find out how to unlock the Black Ops 6 Woods Operator in Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone in this guide.
How to get Woods Operator
There are three skins available for the Woods Operator in MW3 and Warzone. The process of unlocking them is extremely straightforward. Here's what players need to do.
- Classic Woods - Pre-order Black Ops 6
- Zombies Woods - Earn 100k XP
- Numbers Woods - Earn 200k XP
Earning XP in MW3 and Warzone is very easy to do. Simply play the game, complete challenges, and score kills. Once the criteria is met, Woods will appear in the Operators tab.
Does the Woods Operator transfer to Black Ops 6?
As Woods is an icon of the Black Ops series, this particular Operator does transfer over to Black Ops 6 when the game launches. It's the sole piece of content that transfers over from MW3 into 2024's release.
Black Ops 6 doesn't feature the Carry Forward initiative, meaning no Modern Warfare 3 content transfers into the multiplayer portion of the game. All of the weaponry and skins are still available to use in the battle royale so they're not completely gone from your inventory.
