A new match-ending easter egg was found on the Black Ops 6 multiplayer Warhead, which is located near the classic Nuketown. The easter egg involves detonating a nuke, causing the game to end in a loss if you do so.
If you wish to try the next time you play a match on this map, we have prepared a simple guide explaining what you need to do.
How to do the nuker easter egg in Warhead?
Before getting into a Black Ops 6 game, we recommend you create a class with two light machine guns since they have the highest amount of bullets. Use the Overkill Wildcard to be able to equip two in the same class.
Once that is set up, find a multiplayer match in Warhead. It can be any game mode so don't worry about that part.
After loading in, select the class with the two LMGs and head over to the location you see in the following screenshot:
There you will find a yellow nuclear warhead half-buried in the sand, which will be intact at the start of the game.
The only thing you have to do is to shoot it. As you keep shooting it, smoke and even flames will come out of the warhead.
After shooting it enough, the warhead will detonate, with the game showing the same ending cutscene as when someone calls in a nuke by getting 25 gun kills without dying.
We ran a few tests in private match and you will need to shoot the warhead with a little less than 400 bullets, so you can easily do it with the class recommendations we gave you at the beginning.
Keep in mind that this will result in a loss, unlike the nuke killstreak that gives you the win, so your team might not be happy if you resort to detonating the warhead.
