The only way to get the Invisible Woman's summer skin is through the Marvel Rivals shop. The "Azure Shade" outfit will be part of a new bundle that will include an MVP animation, an emote, a nameplate, and a spray.

When does the Marvel Rivals Invisible Woman summer skin come out?
The Invisible Woman Azure Share bundle will go live on Thursday, September 18, at 7:00 PM PT or Friday, September 19, at 3:00 AM BST. The Punisher Aqua Arsenal outfit and bundle, which is part of the second wave of summer skins, will also go live at the same time.
