In a tweet released just a few minutes ago, Team Vitality announced that Bastien "BiBoo" Dulac has stepped down “following recent results & a lose (sic) of motivation on his side”.
Team Vitality has found going in the Pro League tough this season, and finds itself in 7th place -- almost guaranteed to be forced to play in the relegation playoffs unless the team is miraculously able to defeat both Supremacy tonight, and PENTA Sports next week. If they are unable to pull off this great escape, they will go up against ENCE eSports who themselves announced a roster change marking the return of Ville "SHA77E" Palola.
BiBoo has been an active pro since the very first season of the Pro League, having started his career with Supremacy on the Xbox One. His team then transitioned to PC in Year 2, until it was picked up by Team Vitality prior to Season 7.
In Season 3, when playing on Xbox with Supremacy, his side made it to the Pro League Finals but lost to the then-Team Vitality roster led by FuriouSG. A Six Invitational appearance followed, but only saw them get to 3rd-4th place. The team then attempted to get into the now PC-only Pro League for Season 4, but failed to do so and spent a season in the Challenger League before returning to the Pro League in Season 5.

Thanks to a strong run in the qualifiers, the then-Supremacy roster qualified for the Six Invitational in 2018 as well. BiBoo had a fairly successful tournament and made it out of the group stages with his team, although they lost to Rogue in the Quarter Finals. Returning to the regular Pro League, and now under Team Vitality, his side would finish 3rd-4th in Season 7. However, BiBoo and his teammates have been unable to repeat their strong form this season, and find themselves in 7th place with just two wins, opposed to three draws and eight losses.
He will be replaced by Rémi "aPPROX" Ayari, with immediate effect, starting from today’s Pro League game against Supremacy scheduled at 2100 CET. The newcomer was previously a player for Team Oplon during Season 7 of the Pro League, but has been looking for a team since early September after leaving Challenger League side DeathroW. Watch him live with his new team on twitch.tv/rainbow6. The new Team Vitality roster is:
Florian "ZephiR" Perrot
Adrien "RaFaLe" Rutik
Martin "Spark" Eberhard
Loïc "BriD" Chongthep
