Patch 11.04 is next on the calendar for Valorant players and will be the first update after the game migrated to Unreal Engine 5. The new version will kick off a new Act, meaning we can expect it to be significant in size and content.
While we wait for Riot to post the complete patch notes, here is everything that has been confirmed so far about the update, along with a few of our expectations.
When does patch 11.04 of Valorant come out?
Patch 11.04 of Valorant is scheduled to come out on Tuesday, August 19, or Wednesday, August 20, depending on the region you currently play.
The patch rollout will begin on Tuesday at 6:00 AM PT for North America, LATAM, and Brazil servers. On the other hand, European players will have to wait until Wednesday, August 20, at 4:00 AM for the rollout to begin.
What do we know about the update?
The complete patch notes will be posted once the update's rollout begins. However, there are a few things confirmed about the new version.
First off, the patch is set to bring all the new content from Season 2025 Act 5, which will kick off once the update's rollout finishes across all regions. This includes a new battle pass, a new bundle for the shop, and more.
We also expect to see many agent balance changes, as it's always the case once a new season begins.
As was confirmed by Riot a few weeks ago on the game's official X account (formerly Twitter), the patch will bring a small chance to the current Competitive map pool, adding Abyss back in and removing Icebox.
Riot also confirmed that a new game server in Manila, Philippines, will go live once the patch arrives. This will significantly improve the ping of players from said country and everyone in the Southeast Asia region.
Once we have the complete patch notes available, we will update this article to add all the missing information, so you don't miss out on any important details.
