Even though Season 2025 Act 1 started not long ago in Valorant, patch 10.01 is already looming close. After all the new additions from the previous patch, many will probably wonder what's in store for this upcoming version.

Release date
Given updates released every other week, patch 10.01 for Valorant should arrive on January 14 or 15, depending on the region you currently play.
A maintenance period could occur before its arrival to allow developers to make the necessary preparations. If that is the case, this will be announced through the game's status page a day before.
What can we expect from the patch notes?
The patch notes for patch 10.01 will be posted on Valorant's official website the day it is released. In the meantime, we can make a few assumptions about what's coming.
There is a high chance we could see some agent changes, this is because Riot already confirmed through a video that they are working on changes for Iso, Neon, Deadlock, and Harbor.
Some will be big changes and others just minor adjustments, like it's the case for Neon as she already went through an overhaul recently. Not all these changes will drop at the same time, but some could arrive soon.
Since the 10.00 version introduced a lot of new features, it is logical that new errors may come with the. Patch 10.01 could also address those errors and bring the necessary fixes.
