Team Liquid moves head coach reduct to IGL role, LENDA benched

Team Liquid have announced the team's decision to move their head coach Tassus "reduct" Issi to the starting roster. The former MIBR player has become the roster's new IGL as he has replaced Thiago "LENDA" Torres, who has been moved to the bench.

The Brazilian will remain in Team Liquid's starting roster for the whole length of South America's Six Invitational 2026 Last Chance Qualifier, which will be played between January 16 and January 18.

The upcoming qualifier will be Team Liquid's final chance to qualify for the Six Invitational 2026. The Blue Cavalry are the favorites to qualify for Paris but Black Dragons, LOUD, Elevate Academy, and the former Stellae Gaming roster will likely be hard nuts to crack too.
