Team BDS have won the Rainbow Six Siege Esports World Cup after defeating w7m esports in the grand final. The match included three one-sided games on Clubhouse, Consulate, and Oregon, with the Brazilians only winning six rounds throughout the series.

The Europeans started the series on the right foot with a 4-2 first half on Clubhouse while playing on attack. After swapping sides, Team BDS looked unstoppable and closed the first map with three successful defenses.

On Consulate, both teams swapped sides after another Team BDS 4-2 first half. Although the Brazilians managed to win a round during the second half of the map, the French-majority roster won in w7m esports' pick as they secured a 7-3 win.

The most-one-sided result of the night would come in the third map of the series, which saw Team BDS running over the Bulls with a 5-1 attacking half on Oregon. After swapping sides, it only took Team BDS two more rounds to win the map and the match.

Team BDS' victory in the Rainbow Six Siege Esports World Cup is historic for various reasons. First, because the Europeans had won the previous two editions of the Esports World Cup precedent, the Gamers8.

Second, and most importantly, this is Team BDS' third consecutive BO5 victory in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with all the matches ending in 3-0 results. In 2021, the Europeans defeated Team Falcons, and, one year later, they defeated M80.

It's worth mentioning that Team BDS transitioned from being a French to an English-speaking roster following the signings of Josh "Yuzus" Pritchard and Fatih "Solotov" Türker. Since then, the Europeans have won the first split of the Europe League 2024, reached the BLAST R6 Major Manchester grand final, and won the Esports World Cup. What's next for Team BDS?
