Earlier today, Ubisoft deployed a hotfix exclusive to Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege players on PC to resolve "the deadzone issue that players have been facing," according to the game's official X account.

Unfortunately, Ubisoft's most recent update to the online FPS has broken the game. Shortly after the update, players started complaining about a matchmaking error, which goes by the error code 2-0x0000D019.

What does Siege's error code 2-0x0000D019 mean?

The popular content creator Tobias "BikiniBodhi" André was one of the first players to complain about this issue. According to the Swedish streamer, the lobby broke every time he and his teammates tried to join a match.

The error is believed to appear every time the game has problems assigning you to a match. Unfortunately, there's very little known to solve this problem.

This issue was first reported on R6 Fix on May 4th. Although it came back three weeks ago, players stopped complaining about it... until now. The thread to find a solution to the issue is now full of comments from people who are desperate to fix the issue as soon as possible.

How to fix Siege's error code 2-0x0000D019?

Unfortunately, fixing Siege's error code 2-0x0000D019 remains a mystery. Although Ubisoft's official portal includes multiple ways of dealing with different error codes, the game developers haven't posted a way of dealing with the player's most recent issue.
