MNM Gaming's players are looking to find a new team to represent in Rainbow Six Siege. The roster has decided to explore other options due to the situation they are currently facing.

According to the players' posts on X, MNM Gaming "owes current players and support staff, as well as ex-players and staff members, a staggering total of £200,000."

The post also includes information about "multiple promises that have been broken by MNM Gaming" as they had "been repeatedly assured of payments that have never materialized and deadlines set by the organization have consistently gone unmet."

The players' situation outside of the server had an impact on their performance throughout Stage 2, as they explained it took a "toll on our financial and mental well-being over the last several months."

The post also includes information about how part of the salaries was being paid, as they mention that the team "uncovered that prize pool money was being used to partially cover salaries, compromising the rewards we rightfully earned through our unwavering dedication and hard work."

Given the situation, the players have decided to "stop representing MNM Gaming." Moreover, the players are currently exploring all kinds of options under the name of Looking For Org, including "personal offers" only for "a limited time."

In 2023, MNM Gaming finished in 12th - 9th place at the Six Invitational 2023, a result that was followed by a Top 8 finish at the BLAST R6 Major Copenhagen. During the off-season, MNM Gaming traveled to Japan to compete at the Six Japan Invitational, which was followed by a trip to Germany to compete at the R6 Central Combine, where the squad finished in first place.
