With the Marvel Rivals closed beta underway, a tier list could be useful for anyone jumping into the ranked realms. The game features a wide variety of heroes, all divided into the classic Tank, Damage, and Support categories.
We have created a list of who is great, who is mid, and who is bad so you consider it for your next games.
Marvel Rivals heroes tier list
Here is our tier list of all the heroes available in the closed beta of Marvel Rivals:
- S tier: Venom, Black Panther, Hela, Luna Snow, Punisher, Spider-Man, Rocket Raccoon, Mantis
- A tier: Magneto, Groot, Doctor Strange, Scarlet Witch, Magik, Star Lord, Adam Warlock, Storm, Namor, Jeff
- B tier: Hulk, Thor, Iron Man, Loki
- C tier:
- D tier: Peni Parker
As you can see, most heroes are in the top tiers of the list except for Peni Parker, one of the tanks. The list might not change much since the developers are not making balance updates during this test period, so we might have to wait until another beta or the full release to see any changes.
Newest heroes: Jeff and Thor
At the San Diego Comic-Con 2024, Marvel and NetEase Games revealed that both Jeff the Shark and Thor would join the roster of playable characters in Rivals.
We still don't know if more heroes are set to be added during this playtest, but it is still possible given that an end date hasn't been announced as of yet.
