M80 have announced the signing of David "Iconic" Iffidon, who was a free agent following Astralis' departure from Rainbow Six Siege in February.

Iconic's first top-flight experience was for Soniqs, as he competed for the blue roster in the North American League 2020. In 2021, Iconic signed for Disrupt Gaming, where he represented the team for two stages.

Following Astralis' buyout of Disrupt Gaming, Iconic played for the red star until the DaDanish brand departure earlier this year.

Iconic's best season in Siege has been Year 7, where he reached the Six Charlotte Major grand finals and the Six Invitational 2023 top six. Regionally, he won the North American League 2022 with Astralis after finishing at the top of the NAL overall standings.

With Astralis, Iconic also played at the Six Berlin Major, but the team finished in the last place of their group.

Now, Iconic joins M80 were he will play alongside Lucas "DiasLucas" Dias, Leonardo "Kyno" Figueiredo, and Arthur "GMZ" Oliveira in what's undoubtedly one of the most exciting rosters in Rainbow Six Siege.
