Knights have unveiled the organization's decision not to compete in Rainbow Six Siege's 2025 season.
The American brand first joined the Rainbow Six Siege competitive scene in February 2020 after picking up the organization-less roster of Homeless.
Eventually, the squad became one of the leading forces in Oceania and won the APAC League 2020 Finals with a 2-1 victory against Wildcard.
Only six months later, the team qualified for the Six Mexico Major after winning the second split of the APAC South 2021. Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the team wasn't allowed to travel to Mexico City.
Despite being one of the best teams in the region, the lack of success and international qualifications saw the organization decide to move to the LATAM region.
In March 2023, Knights' first team to compete in the brand-new LATAM League was unveiled. After a second-place finish in the LATAM League 2023 Stage 1, the roster missed out on Copenhagen following an underwhelming defeat against Team Cruelty.
However, one stage later, Knights finally qualified for an international Rainbow Six Siege competition. After winning LATAM's Last Chance Qualifier, Knights competed in the BLAST R6 Major Atlanta where they lost against DarkZero Esports and FURY.
Sadly, the team's performances across Year 9 weren't the expected ones and the team ended up missing out on Manchester and Montreal. With Rainbow Six Siege's competitive scene changing ahead of the 2025 season, Knights decided to step away.
Although no details have been unveiled yet, the future of the LATAM League is still unclear ahead of the next season. For more information about it, don't forget to bookmark the site and follow us through our social media pages.
