Geekay Esports has announced the signing of Adam "nudl" Hryceniak, who was a free agent since his departure from KOI on Jul. 6. With this move, the former Heroic player is the first import to join the MENA region as a player.

Earlier this month, Geekay Esports announced the signings of the Spanish duo Alonso "ALO" Díez and Óscar "WaZo" Llano, who joined the Saudi Arabian staff team.

Despite being 19 years old, nudl's move to Saudi Arabia won't be his first league experience outside Europe.

The Polish professional's debut came in Mexico under Skull Cracker, as he represented the team in the Campeonato Mexicano 2023. Later on, the European competed in the Six Invitational 2023 for Heroic. His last top-flight experience to date was with KOI, where he played in the Europe League 2023 Stage 1.

Geekay Esports' recent moves are a clear attempt to beat Team Falcons and qualify for the BLAST R6 Atlanta Major. Their loss to the green roster (7-8) in Stage 1 prevented them from qualifying for the first Six Major of the year, as they finished in second place only two points behind their archenemies.

Before setting their eyes on Atlanta, Geekay Esports must first qualify for the MENA League Stage 2.

Here's their full lineup heading to the second split of the year:
