G2 Esports has announced the arrivals of Aleksi "UUNO" Työppönen and Ramalho "Ramalho" Gonçalves to their Rainbow Six Siege team. Earlier this month, the European powerhouse confirmed the Fabian "Fabian" Hällsten's departure.
This will be the Finn's second spell at the team, as he first joined the team in May 2019. However, following the conclusion of the Six Invitational 2021, the team decided to bench the player.
Eventually, UUNO joined Heroic and represented the Danish organization at the Six Charlotte Major, the Six Jönköping Major, and the Six Invitational 2023.
Almost two months ago, G2 Esports announced the arrival of Luigi "Gemini" Ferrigno. It's still uncertain who the Finn will be replacing in G2 Esports' starting squad.
Moreover, the European giants have announced the arrival of the former FaZe Clan coach Ramalho. His first and so far only international piece of silverware came at the Six Sweden Major, when the Brazilians defeated Ninjas in Pyjamas.
This is G2 Esports' third change since the team won the Six Invitational 2023. Will the changes get G2 Esports back to the top of the scene?
