Players are expecting the Mariah Carey skin in Fortnite to become available on December 20. According to leakers such as HYPEX, it's expected that the big block of ice around the map defrosts at 3 PM ET revealing the "All I Want for Christmas" singer.

As for the cost, it will depend on what type of bundle Epic Game offers. An educated guess would be to expect the Mariah Carey skin to cost 1,500 V-Bucks individually, with a potential bundle upwards of 2,200 V-Bucks at the very least.

A leaked cosmetic beyond the skin is an "All I Want for Christmas" emote that players will be able to use starting on December 20. There's still speculation regarding how players will be able to get it, however.
HYPEX mentions it's a possibility that it's a free gift for all players. Alternatively, they may only use it "for free" while near the Mariah Carey NPC in the Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 1 map.
Beyond that, not much is known about potential back blings, pickaxes, kicks, or other emotes that could accompany the bundle.
