After leaks suggested the Toho monster would be a part of Fortnite when artwork for Chapter 6 Season 1 surfaced online, Epic officially shared the image. Naming the season "Hunters," it will be heavily inspired by Japanese culture, making Godzilla a suitable representative.
The map will be filled with unique POIs that merge futuristic vibes with classical Japanese architecture, similar to what players experienced during Chapter 4 Season 2. A perfect playground to wreak havoc with Godzilla.

If you're new to the game, that means Godzilla will release you with unique quests you'll have to complete to obtain the skin and other cosmetics, independent of the regular battle pass tier rewards that require you to grind XP.
The only downside is that you'll have to wait until January 17 for the quests to unlock, thus making Godzilla unavailable until early 2025.
