With Chapter 5 Season 4 starting, a Marvel-themed season featuring Doctor Doom arriving at the Fortnite island to cause chaos. Various superhero cosmetics are available through the battle pass and the item shop, with the Black Cat skin being highly sought after.
Black Cat might not be at the top of the list when it comes to popular Marvel characters but after leaks revealed that the heroine would be coming to Fortnite, fans got immediately interested in adding her to their collection.
Black Cat skin in Fortnite release date and cost
According to prominent leakers within the Fortnite community such as HYPEX, Black Cat will be coming to the item shop on September 13. Epic Games has already teased the skin via social media.
Dataminers have unveiled the cost of each cosmetic that will be part of this bundle. If you're keen on getting the entire pack, it'll cost you 2,300 V-Bucks. It includes the Black Cat skin (with its Lego style), a pickaxe, guitar, and a wrap to customize weapons.

The femme fatale is coming to Fortnite
From the leaked image we can see that Black Cat will include the following cosmetics. The prices listed are in case you're interested in purchasing them separately.
- Black Cat skin (Lego style included): 1,500 V-Bucks
- A pickaxe: 800 V-Bucks
- A guitar design to use in Fortnite Festival: 8,00 V-Bucks
- A wrap: 800 V-Bucks
This is similar to the recently released Iron Spider skin and other outfit drops. The cosmetics mentioned will probably be a part of the Black Cat bundle but expect a few more to be sold separately.
Expect things such as a glider or an emote to drop alongside the Black Cat skin. These are considerably cheaper cosmetics, ranging between 500 to 800 V-Bucks, so even if you're not interested in the skin itself, there will be plenty to look forward to when she debuts in the Fortnite item shop.
