Released in 2006, Pixar's film Cars was a huge hit back in the day. The story of Lightning McQueen, a selfish racing car that got lost in a forgotten town, is well-known among children, teenagers, and young adults.

Now, almost twenty years after its release, the film is coming to Fortnite. The information has now been confirmed by @ShiinaBR, one of the biggest leakers in the game.

According to ShiinaBR's post on X, Epic Games has added several files for Pixar's Cars in the latest update, which confirm the eventual release of Cars skins in Fortnite. If that wasn't enough, the post also includes information about the cosmetics' possible release, as these could be launched in Fortnite in the game's upcoming update.

It's no mystery to anyone that Fortnite has got cars. Players can use them to move around the map quickly. However, using a car isn't the best move sometimes, as that makes you a big target, and enemies can easily see and hear you.

If you can't wait for the Cars cosmetics to come to the game but still want to have a cool ride to move around the map, you can still purchase the Porsche 911 GT3 RS Bundle for 2,800 V-Bucks. This item will be in Fortnite's store until December 5. Additionally, players who purchase the Porsche bundle will have it ready to use on Rocket League.

Fortnite fans have been hit by a huge wave of new content after the arrival of Fortnite's Season 6. With the release of OG Fortnite being just around the corner, Fortnite fans should have plenty to do during the upcoming holiday season.
