It's a good time to be a Fortnite fan. During the Remix The Finale event, the excitement was so big that Fortnite broke its all-time concurrent player record. Only one day later, Epic Games launched Fortnite's Season 6, which brought many new features and cosmetics to the shooting title.

If you're one of those players who gave Fortnite during the game's early days, you may want to give it a try soon: Fortnite OG is coming on December 6.

And, if that wasn't enough, more news has been released for those nostalgia-driven fans... and for those who enjoy driving, too. According to the leak posted by the popular Fortnite leaker @ShiinaBR, Cars and Fortnite are teaming up to release a bunch of Cars-themed bundles soon.

Here's everything we know so far about the Fortnite and Cars collaboration:

Release date

Unfortunately, a release date hasn't been confirmed yet. However, ShiinaBR's post on X indicates that the cosmetics could be released in the game's next update, which should come on December 6.

What to expect?

With Cars being a children's film about cars, we expect the cosmetics to be... cars. It would be quite strange to see a Cars-themed player skin.

Considering that cars were introduced in Fortnite in Chapter 2: Season 3, the most coherent thing to do would be to release Lightning McQueen as a unique car that players can find while playing the game.

Will I be able to use my Cars cosmetics in Rocket League?

With the news of a Cars bundle coming to Fortnite in the future, fans have started to wonder not just in what shape the skins will be introduced to the game but also if these will be released on Rocket League too.

An example can be found in the recently released Porsche 911 GT3 RS Bundle, which can be acquired until December 5. As per Fortnite's official website, the items included in the bundle can also be used on Rocket League. Therefore, an obvious question arises: will the same happen with the Cars cosmetics? Now, I am no Rocket League fan, but it would be hilarious to see random clips of Lightning McQueen in the Rocket League arena.
