In an X post made on Dec. 28, FAV Gaming officially announced their departure from Rainbow Six Siege.

FAV Gaming entered the Rainbow Six Siege esports scene in Dec. 2018 after acquiring eiNs, who had previously competed at the Six Invitational 2018.

Despite having made roster changes in the past, the Japanese team still had two members from the former eiNs roster, including Naoki "Afro" Kobayashi and Shinji "ShiN" Funai.

Unfortunately for FAV Gaming, the organization could never compete internationally in Rainbow Six Siege. The team's only international qualification was in Mar. 2020 after finishing in second place in the PL Season 11 Japan League; however, the PL Finals had to be canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Recently, the team was one match away from qualifying for the BLAST R6 Major Atlanta after losing to Crest Gaming Lst in Japan's Last Chance Qualifier.
