Elevate and FURY have qualified for the BLAST Major Copenhagen after reaching the Asia League Last Chance Qualifiers top two. Ultimately, Bleed Esports and Dire Wolves will miss out on the first Six Major of the year.
FURY's victory against Bleed Esports was the upset of the day. In the SEA League, Bleed Esports topped the standings with a perfect record of seven regulation victories and no losses -- including a 7-2 win against the Thai squad of FURY.
However, today, FURY handled Bleed Esports their's first defeat in Siege after winning on Skyscraper and Chalet by 7-4 and 8-7, respectively. With this victory, FURY have qualified for their second Major after making their international debut at the Six Jönköping Major.
Later on, Elevate qualified for Copenhagen, Denmark, after defeating Dire Wolves in a very close series. Elevate's victory on Border by 8-6 was followed by another narrow victory, this time on Kafe, by 7-5.
Both teams will start their journey in Copenhagen, Denmark, from Phase 1 of the BLAST R6 Major Copenhagen.
