Does Helldivers 2 have crossplay?
Luckily, Helldivers 2 supports crossplay on every platform it is available. In other words, PlayStation 5 users can invite and play games with PC players and vice versa, meaning that you don't have to worry about picking the game on the same platform as your friends.
It only makes sense for the game to support this feature as this is mainly a co-op title, where players help each other out to solve quests and liberate the galaxy from the invasion of the different races like the Automaton.
Does Helldivers 2 support cross-progression?
At the moment, Helldivers 2 does not support any sort of cross-save or cross-progression features. This means that any progress you have on one platform, won't appear on the other if you decide to make the switch.
Johan Pilestedt, the CEO of Arrowhead Game Studios, mentioned on X that there is a possibility this feature could be added in the future, however, nothing is certain at the time of writing.
