Finding the 10th Anniversary chests in Destiny 2 is super easy and rewarding, as you'll get a very nostalgic armor set that will make veterans shed a tear.
While players had hoped there would be a bigger celebration in store to mark a decade of Destiny as a franchise, with the first game releasing on September 9, 2014, leaks turned out to be correct as this scavenge hunt is part of a scaled-back celebration in comparison to the Bungie 30th Anniversary drop, which included brand-new activities, returning weapons, and even a dungeon.
Still, it's a fun way to engage with the community with decent rewards that you should not skip. Plus, the 10th Anniversary chests are free for all players to acquire.
Cayde's Stash Destiny 2 chest locations
There are a total of five chests, called Cayde's Stashes, around the Tower in the Pale Heart. Each contains one piece of armor of the 10th Anniversary set.
For each location, we'll assume you'll start searching from the initial spawn point in The Lost City landing zone.
Chest 1
The first Cayde Stash
From the spawn point walk forward and check the piled-up containers where Cayde-6 used to hang around. Or still hangs around depending on where you are in The Final Shape campaign.
Chest 2
The second Cayde Stash Bungie.
Make your way down to the corridor that will lead you to where Micah-10 is, as soon as you go down the stairs past the two Cabal, turn around.
Chest 3
The third Cayde Stash
From the spawn point, turn right and head over to the Cabal you'll see at the very edge of the Tower, the chest will be to their left.
Chest 4
The fourth Cayde Stash
From the spawn point, turn left and head over to the second floor where a Cabal and an Awoken soldier are patroling the area. Jump the small gap behind the Awoken and the chest will be to your right surrounded by foliage.
Chest 5
The final Cayde Stash
Similarly to chest 4, turn left from the spawn point but remain on the lower floor where a Cabal and an Awoken are guarding an entrance. Follow the path until you reach a second area of the Tower and head inside the building on your left. The chest will be to your right.
