Act III of Episode: Revenant in Destiny 2 is finally here. Dedicated players will have plenty to grind, including the new Kell's Fall exotic mission, where you'll be able to get the Heretic's Fervor god roll.

The Kell's Fall mission hides more than legendary weapons, it's also where you'll be able to get the Slayer's Fang exotic shotgun. That gives you plenty of reason to jump back into Destiny 2 if you haven't played in a while.

Let's quickly break down how you can get your hands on the new Heretic's Fervor rocket launcher and its god roll for both PvE and PvP.

How to get Heretic's Fervor in Destiny 2

A solid rocket launcher worth adding to your collection

To get your hands on a Heretic's Fervor rocket launcher you need to play any Revenant activities. Seasonal activities such as Onslaught are your best bet.

Similar to the Red Tape scout rifle, obtaining a Heretic's Fervor via the Kell's Fall exotic mission as we've mentioned. However, the drop rate seems to be rather low, so we probably don't recommend you put your efforts into getting this way unless you have plans to find upgrades for your Slayer's Fang shotgun like one of the four catalysts.

The Heretic's Fervor is a solid Stasis rocket launcher. Whether you're looking into getting a nice PvE god roll or getting your hands on a PvP powerhouse, it's a safe and solid bet.

It most likely won't top the usage charts in high-end content, but it could feel like a nice change of pace if you wish to break free from the meta-chains.
