After months of regional testings, Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile is finally here. Unlike COD Mobile, which wasn't developed in-house, this is a direct adaptation of the main battle royale title currently available on consoles and PCs.
Now that the game is available, we have a few general details to get you started and that you can read on while you wait for the install to finish.
COD Warzone Mobile release date
Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile was released on Thursday, Mach 21 on both iOS and Android. The game was supposed to be out at 10:00 am PT, but the servers went online hours before that for all regions.
How to download COD Warzone Mobile
The process is fairly simple, as it should be with any app on mobile phones. Here are the simple steps you need to follow to download the game:
For Android:
- Open the Google Play Store app.

- Start downloading the game.
For iOS users:
- Open the App Store
- Sign into your Apple Account (the same one you use on your mobile device if you're doing it from a PC)
- Search Warzone Mobile and go to the first result. Also, here's the link to save you the trouble.
- Start downloading the game.
At launch, the game is a 7GB download in total. You'll download around 1.5 GB when you get it through the store and once it's installed, you'll have to wait for an in-game download to be able to play.
