Call of Duty to release a Christmas version of Nuketown at the end of the year

Start getting ready for Christmas, Call of Duty fans!

Nuketown Christmas

Two weeks after the release of Call of Duty Black Ops 6, many fans have already tried out all of the features and game modes included in the game. Overall, the community's reaction has been highly positive, as they have welcomed the game with open arms.

However, one of the hot topics among the multiplayer fans is the game's maps. Following the arrival of Nuketown on November 1 and with three more maps being released on November 14, it's difficult to avoid the discussion.

While Skyline is arguably the best map in the pool, Red Card has been hardly hit by negative criticism. If you want to know more about Call of Duty Black Ops 6's maps, make sure to check out our map tier list.

With the game having 20 multiplayer maps starting from Season 1 and with the fixes that will be released throughout the upcoming weeks, we don't expect the debate to get cold any time soon. Curiously enough, cold is what's bringing us here today.

Although Halloween has just concluded, Call of Duty has surprised the community with a handful of pictures of a snowy version of Nuketown.

While Christmas is still six weeks away from us, Call of Duty has already revealed that a Christmas version of Nuketown will be released to celebrate the holidays.

The pictures show Nuketown covered by snow and Christmas decorations. With the shape of the map having not changed, the flow will still be the same and chaos will reign in the area.

Even though it's too soon to talk about the community's reaction, the initial comments have been extremely positive. Overall, people seem to love time-limited maps, especially for Christmas. It's a good Christmas present from Treyarch, for sure!

We will update this piece as soon as more information is revealed regarding Nuketown's Christmas edition.
