Bleed Esports have parted ways with Jay "Asphy" Wan and Zhang "BruceZz" Jinghe. The announcement comes one day before the start of Asia's Esports World Cup Open Qualifier, which is expected to be played from June 27 to June 30.

Although the organization didn't specify the reason behind the departures, following Asphy's post on his personal X account, we understand that the player's exit is related to his obligations with the Singaporean army as national service is mandatory in the Little Red Dot.

Meanwhile, BruceZz has yet to talk about his departure from Bleed Esports. The Chinese coach joined the organization when Bleed Esports unveiled the Asian squad in March 2023 and helped them to qualify for their first international event, the BLAST R6 Major Atlanta. Eventually, Julio "Julio" Giacomelli joined the team to support the players on the stage.

While a replacement for Asphy hasn't been made official yet, Bleed Esports included the former Geekay Esports and Team Falcons player Jake "Leadr" Fortunato in the team's roster to compete in Asia's Esports World Cup open qualifier.
