The Black Ops 7 beta will give players the chance to try out the new entry's multiplayer before its release, offering a limited amount of content and progression. The dates for it have already been revealed, and, as expected, there will be an early access period.
If you want to be among the first group of people to try the new game, we have prepared a guide explaining how to get early access so you can make the necessary preparations.
When does the Black Ops 7 beta start?
The Black Ops 7 beta is scheduled to begin on Thursday, October 2nd at 10:00 AM PT (6:00 PM BST) for all platforms. However, this is the start date for the early access period, set to last for 72 hours.
Here is the complete schedule for the beta period:

- Early access
- October 2-5
- Open beta
- October 5-8
As you can see, the beta for this year won't span across two weekends. Instead, the beta will last almost a week, starting on a Thursday and ending the next Wednesday.
How to get early access to the Black Ops 7 beta?
There are only two ways to get early access to the Black Ops 7 beta, regardless of the platform you prefer. The first method is to pre-order any edition of the game, since this is one of the pre-order bonuses.
If you pre-order a physical edition, you will receive a code from the retailer that you can redeem on the official redemption page to get early access. If youre pre-order is digital, you will automatically receive access in the same account you use to purchase the game.
The second method involves the Xbox Game Pass, as all users with a PC Game Pass or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate (on console) membership will automatically gain access as part of their benefits.
