Treyarch has officially revealed that the first Black Ops 7 Zombies map will be titled "Ashes of the Damned," along with the map's intro cinematic. After the Reckoning map left players with a cliffhanger, this new map is set to continue where we left off.
While we wait for more details on COD Next and before the game's full launch, we have collected every important detail we know so far about the map.
When does Ashes of the Damned come out in Black Ops 7?
The Ashes of the Damned map is scheduled to be available from launch, meaning players can start playing on Friday, November 14th.
Trailers and cinematic
In case you haven't seen it, here is the intro cinematic for the Ashes of the Damned map:
The cinematic picks up right after the events of the easter egg cinematic from the Black Ops 6 Reckoning map. Here we see the crew getting transported into the lobby of an unknown location, where they meet new versions of the original Aether crew.
Their meeting is interrupted by an unknown character wearing a cowboy hat and sunglasses, who is carrying two skulls inside cages. Many community members assume this will be the antagonist of the new title, but nothing is certain at this point.
Ashes of the Damned perks
At the time of writing, no details about the map's perks have been revealed. However, we can assume that the basic perks, like Juggernaut, Speed Cola, and Quick Revive, will be available.
We can also assume that both the Pack-a-Punch and Wunderfizz machines will also be in the map, as those were in every map released in Black Ops 6.
Ashes of the Damned wonder weapons
Wonder weapons are also expected to be available in the map, with the Ray-Gun being the only one we can put our money on. Once we have more information about the map's content, we will update this article to keep you up to date.
