With plenty of choice, finding the best Warzone LMG has its benefits when creating a loadout for battle royale action.

With Season 4 Reloaded on the horizon, players often gravitate towards an assault rifle or an SMG to become the last one standing in standard and Resurgence modes. Despite their lack of mobility, light machine guns (LMG) possess plenty of firepower with the right set of attachments equipped.

Here, check out the best Warzone LMG to use and our definitive tier list ranking each weapon from best to worst.

Warzone LMG tier list

The top tier contains LMGs featuring weaponry that possesses contrasting characteristics that are ideal for mid-range and long-distance engagements.

S tier

  • Holger 26
  • Pluemyot 762

The two LMGs leading the charge are the Holger 26 and the Pluemyot 762. Once the recoil is bought under control, this pairing decimates anything from afar and with a huge magazine attached, it's extremely easy to wipe squads standing in the way.

A tier

Just missing out on the top tier of LMGs is this combination of LMGs. Although their damage output is strong, the lack of mobility and aim-down sight speed lets them down. There's every chance the next wave of weapon balancing introduces a few adjustments to the following weapons:

  • DG-58 LSW
  • 556 Icarus
  • RAPP H
  • TAQ Eradicator
  • TAQ Evolvere
  • Bruen MK9

B tier

These LMGs are worth avoiding due to their mediocre in-game performance. In some cases, they may stand a chance but there are definitely better options available:

  • HCR 56
  • RPK
  • RAAL MG
  • SAKIN MG38
