Less than a year after parting ways with the two-time BLAST R6 Major winners and Six Invitational 2024 champions, w7m esports' Year 9 roster has done what many fans believed was impossible: winning the Bulls another international competition.

After missing out on the BLAST R6 Major Manchester, the Brazilians got back on track shortly after as they qualified for the Esports World Cup 2024. In Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, the team's only two defeats came against Team BDS.

However, the Brazilians took the chance in Montreal to finally redeem themselves. The Bulls began and concluded their performance in the November Major with victories against Team BDS, including a maximum overtime win in their first Phase 2 match and a 3-1 victory in the grand finals.

Despite the final result, Team BDS claimed the first map of the series as they secured a 7-4 win on Consulate. The Brazilians quickly leveled the series with a 7-5 win on Nighthaven Labs, their map pick.

The third map of the match was what really made the final difference between both rosters. Surprisingly enough, w7m esports managed to get a 6-2 lead on Team BDS' second map pick, Clubhouse. After the Europeans thrillingly pushed the map to overtime, a successful attacking round by the Bulls combined with a Gabriel "volpz" Fernandes 1v2 clutch in the final round of the map saw w7m esports taking the lead on the series.

Although Team BDS had a great start to w7m esports' second map pick Kafe, the Bulls quickly got the momentum of the series back. After back-to-back clutches by João "Dotz" Miranda and Júlio "L0BIN" Gabriel, the Brazilians only needed two rounds to win the game. Eventually, w7m esports closed out the series with a 7-3 win on the final map of the day.
