You can now give some life to your Discord profile by equipping the Wingman Boba avatar decoration from Valorant. This new cosmetic can be unlocked for all users by completing a simple challenge, but it's not going to be available forever.
We have prepared a simple guide so you can get the cosmetic before it expires.
How to get the Valorant Wingman Boba avatar decoration
Firstly, you need to open Discord on your PC, through the desktop app or a browser, since you can't access this feature from your mobile phone.
Once you're in, you'll have to open the settings menu by hitting the cogwheel at the bottom left corner, next to your mute and deafen buttons.
Hit the Gift Inventory option on the menu, which is under the Billing Settings section of the left sidebar menu. In there, you'll see a list of all the quests available at the time.
If you are still on time, you should see the Wingman Quest just like in the screenshot above. Next, hit the "Accept Quest" button to start this quest.
Once you've done that, you'll only have to play Valorant for 15 minutes and the avatar will be yours. Keep in mind that if you play the game on console, you'll have to link your PlayStation or Xbox account to your discord if you haven't.
The quest card will have a new button that says "Connect Console" and it will redirect you to the connections page where you can link your console account if you click on it.
Once there, you'll only have to click on the PlayStation or Xbox logo and log in with your account.
After setting everything up on Discord, the only thing left to do is to play the shooter for 15 minutes. Discord will keep track of your progress and once you're finished, you'll be able to claim your reward in that same Gift Inventory page.
The quest will be available until August 7, 2024, meaning you have until that day to complete it. The avatar decoration will be in your inventory for only two months so it's not a permanent reward.
This promo comes a few days before the start of Valorant Champions 2024 in Seoul, with Riot also bringing new drops, a new bundle, and more teasers for the next agent along with it.
