Release date
Patch 9.11 for Valorant will go live on December 3 or 4, depending on the region you currently play.
A maintenance period could occur before the update arrives, but this should be announced through Riot's official status page a day early.
The update rollout should start around 6:00 am PT for North America, LATAM, and Brazil servers. European users will have to wait until Wednesday at 4:00 am BST.

The patch notes for version 9.11 of Valorant are still unknown since they will be published on the game's website once the update starts to roll out across the different regions
However, the developers already confirmed through X (formerly Twitter) that this patch will bring a long-awaited nerf to Neon. The duelist has been in the meta for quite some time, allowing players to run around and shoot like crazy without any good counters or penalties.
With rumors that Riot will launch an Araxys 2.0 bundle, we expect the patch to also add all the cosmetics from this set to the game's files.
