A new biweekly patch is coming

Almost two weeks have passed since the release of version 9.06, meaning patch 9.07 is bound to drop soon in Valorant. This will be the last update in the current season, with the next starting a completely new act.

While we wait for information from official sources, here is everything we have so far about the upcoming update.

Release date

Patch 9.07 for Valorant is scheduled to come out on Tuesday, October 8th/Wednesday, October 9th, depending on the region you play.

A maintenance period could occur before the patch drops, usually announced a day or two before its release through the game's status page.

Regardless of that, the new version rollout should start at around 6:00 am PT for North America, LATAM, and Brasil servers. European users will have to wait until Wednesday at 4:00 am BST.

What do we know about the patch notes?

Since this is the last version of the season, we are not expecting major changes. However, the patch should bring usual changes like UI improvements, quality-of-life additions, and bug fixes.

Agent changes are not out of the question but we will have to wait and see if that is the case.

The patch notes are released once the update starts to roll out, so we will update this article when that happens to add all the changes and adjustments.
