Oxygen Esports and Wolves Esports are the first winners of the day after defeating Heroic and G2 Esports, respectively.

Oxygen Esports were the first team to close the series as the Americans got a comfortable victory against Heroic. Despite a strong start from the Europeans on Chalet, the North American League side came back from a 2-5 after winning their following five attacking rounds.

Later on, Oxygen Esports would defeat the Europeans for a second time with a 7-2 win on Clubhouse, which was Heroic's pick.

Ethan "Nuers" James and Jacob "Sweater" Bravico led the green roster with SiegeGG ratings of 1.53 and 1.41 respectively, with Nuers outperforming the Europeans on Clubhouse with a map rating of 2.03 and a K-D of 15-4 (+11). Meanwhile, Mitch "Dream" Malson got five plants to stand as the best planter of the Six Invitational 2023 with a total of 19.

Oxygen Esports will play against MNM Gaming later today at 4 PM (-5GMT) against MNM Gaming for the chance to advance to the upper bracket semi-finals, while Heroic has been pushed down to the lower bracket, as they will face Spacestation Gaming tomorrow.

In the meantime, on the bravo stream, Wolves Esports defeated G2 Esports by 2-0 after playing two maximum overtimes.

G2 Esports' start to both maps, Chalet and Kafe, was strong. However, as rounds passed, the team's momentum faded away.

Dahmani "Mowwwgli" Yanis went berserk in the entry department as he got an outstanding entry balance of 9-1 (+8), which eventually made the final difference. Meanwhile, Bastien "BiBooAF" Dulac got his Stage 3 form back at the right time, registering a SiegeGG rating of 1.22.

On the other side of the server, G2 Esports' best player was Benjamin "Benjamaster" Dereli, who was the only player to keep up with the Wolves' pace as Jack "Doki" Robertson and Karl "Alem4o" Zarth underperformed.

LOS oNe will be Wolves Esports' opponent in the upper bracket quarter-finals, a match that will take place at 4 PM (-5 GMT). Meanwhile, G2 Esports have been moved down to the lower bracket, where they will face FaZe Clan tomorrow.
