The season 11 patch for Overwatch 2 brought adjustments to some heroes, inevitably changing how effective several characters are for the better or worse.

If you are trying to climb in Competitive and want to know what's viable to use or not in the current meta, we have updated our tier list to show you how heroes are performing after the changes.

Overwatch 2 heroes tier list

Here is our tier list of all the available heroes regardless of the role they belong to:

a tier list of overwatch characters based on their strengths and weaknesses .
  • S Tier: Cassidy, Pharah, Echo, Tracer, Baptiste, Illari, Lucio
  • A Tier: Sigma, Wrecking Ball, Mauga, Winston, Mei, Symmetra, Kiriko, Ana, Brigitte, Zenyatta
  • B Tier: D.Va, Roadhog, Ramattra, Reinhardt, Venture, Ashe, Genji, Hanzo. Sojourn, Soldier 76, Sombra, Widowmaker, Moira
  • C Tier: Junker Queen, Doomfist, Zarya, Orisa, Bastion, Junkrat, Reaper, Törbjorn
  • D Tier: Mercy, Lifeweaver

Surprisingly, the season 11 patch managed to bring Sojourn a few tiers down after adjusting her abilities. The character has always been part of the meta since the sequel's release, so this might be the first time she's not dominating or close to it.

The real protagonist for the initial phase of the season is Pharah, who has become a popular pick on both metal ranks and high ranks in Competitive.

We will update the list every time a significant patch with several changes or adjustments drops into the game to represent the current meta.
