How to unlock the JAK Devastators in MW3 and Warzone

As Season 6 comes near, players prepare for the last few updates and additions to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. Before the last season begins, there are a few things you need to unlock.

The Season 5 Reloaded update brings several new items to the game, with the JAK Devastator being one of them. It is an aftermarket part that is designed to boost your gun's stats. Compatible with the Reclaimer 18 shotgun, this part allows you to dual-wield the weapon for enhanced firepower.

Aftermarket parts are generally unlocked via the Weekly Challenges in every season. The process can be a little tricky to understand for beginners. Luckily, this guide helps you through all the steps of unlocking this powerful attachment.

How to unlock the JAK Devastators

Here’s how you can unlock JAK Devastators in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3:

Weekly challenges

Complete weekly challenges

The JAK Devastators can be unlocked by completing the Weekly Challenges from Week 8. Completing any 5 challenges from Multiplayer, Zombies, and Warzone will unlock it. To make things easier, you can select the easiest or quickest challenges from either game mode. The main condition set forward is that you complete 5 challenges.

Multiplayer challenges

Here are some of the challenges from the Multiplayer mode:

  • Get 20 Operator Akimbo Kills.
  • Get 10 Operator Headshot Kills using Pistols or SMGs.
  • Get 5 Kills against Operators who are Blinded or Stunned with SMGs
  • Get 2 Operator Clean Kills in one life 2 times.
  • Get 10 Operator Kills after reloading with Assault Rifles.
  • Get 15 Operator Clean Kills while Aiming Down Sights with a Shotgun.
  • Get 8 Operator Clean Kills with Marksman Rifles or Sniper Rifles.

Zombies challenges

Here are some challenges you can complete from the Zombies mode:

  • Get 150 Akimbo Kills.
  • Get 250 Critical Kills with a Pistol.
  • Get 50 Mercenary Kills with a SMG.
  • Get 10 Kills without being hit 30 times.
  • Get 100 Kills after Reloading with Assault Rifles.
  • Get 200 Kills while Aiming Down SIghts with a Shotgun
  • Get 10 Zombie Kills without taking damage 20 times with Marksman Rifles or Sniper Rifles.

Battle Royale

You can complete the following challenges in Warzone to unlock JAK Devastators:

  • In Warzone Urzikstan, open 20 Loot Caches in the North-West region (Resort, Power, Seaport, Cargo).
  • In Warzone Urzikstan, open 20 Loot Caches in the southern region (City, Suburbs, Manor).
  • In Warzone, place in the Top 10 three times.
  • In Warzone, get 5 Operator Kills or Kill assists.
  • In Warzone Urzikstan, open 20 Loot Caches in the Eastern Region (Military Base or Farms)
  • In Warzone Urzikstan, open 20 Loot Caches in the Central Region (Old Town, Low Town).
  • In Warzone, complete 10 Contracts.

The easy five

Here are five of the easiest challenges you can do to unlock JAK Devastators:

  • Get 5 Kills against Operators who are Blinded or Stunned with SMGs. (Multiplayer)
  • In Warzone, complete 10 Contracts. (Battle Royale)
  • Get 15 Operator Clean Kills while Aiming Down Sights with a Shotgun. (Multiplayer)
  • Get 8 Operator Clean Kills with Marksman Rifles or Sniper Rifles. (Multiplayer)
  • Get 150 Akimbo Kills. (Zombies)
